Reaction to my medication

So I had a great day on the ADD meds today. Except that I got home, and then had a reaction to them. I won't go into the reaction itself, except to say that it worried me enough to call the Dean on Call line to find out if I should get someone to drive me to urgent care. The doc on the phone told me I didnt need urgent care, and that the symptoms I have now should start to go away as the medication wears off. The doc on the phone was going to call my doc to tell him that I had called, and then I need to call my doc in the morning to deal with changing the dosage/timing, or even the medication altogether. I'm frustrated just thinking about it.
