*sigh* There's no reason why my dad couldn't have decided to go the mall to begin with, or you know, plan his vacation time so that he wouldn't spend all day on Monday writing reviews. He asked me to go to the mall and find the gigantic remote for my grandfather's christmas present, however I haven't the faintest idea where to start looking, not to mention it's still the week after Christmas when everyone's off...the mall is packed and I don't feel great. Plus, I have a lesson to do today for church. My mom didn't want to go either because she's not feeling great and she too has a lesson to do. So my dad got all pissed off and stomped upstairs. I mean, seriously, I had to learn time management and figure how to plan the things I had to do so that they were done on time. Plus, my brother is the one that saw the remote when he was out Christmas shopping. While he can't remember where exactly he saw it, at least he has a better idea than the rest of us. And oh! Guess what? He's 19 years old and more than capable of driving any of the three cars currently at home. Gah!
And here I was, going to tell them how excited I was over getting the A in my American Revolution class. *grins* That put my grade point for the semester at a 3.5 - beating my brother :) It was a great semester, even if I did carry 16 credits this semester. But my dad doesn't listen to anyone when he's in this mood. He tends to just piss me off and piss off the rest of the world. He is just so unreasonable sometimes. It's like he just snaps. And then of course, even if someone then decides to do it anyway, he stays pissed off at the world and does it anyway. My parents both do this time from time to time and have always done lesser versions of it. I gotta say that episodes of this nature aren't going to make me want to confide in my parents. And they wonder why I don't tell them anything.
